Clinical Facilitator / Trainer - Scotland & North East - £30 to 35 k per annum Ref. NorthTrainer
On-call recruitment ltd are looking to recruit a Trainer/ Clinical facilitator to cover the North East and Scotland. The successful candidate will be working for one of the UK\'s most prestigious Private Health Care providers with an excellent reputation in the industry.
  Experience Essential •Clinical expertise in at least one of the following areas; tissue viability, rehabilitation, palliative and end of life, long term conditions, user involvement. • Use knowledge to monitor staff performance, identify specialist training needs and share knowledge through demonstration & instruction. • Evidence of working in a team to achieve specific deliverables.
 Experience Desirable •Experience of working within the community and or care home sector. •Setting Learning objectives •Experience of teaching preparation and delivery •Evidence of ability to manage multiple projects and deliver objectives •Evidence of implementing change management •Knowledge of the care industry and regulatory framework •Evidence of ability to manage multiple projects and deliver objectives •Evidence of implementing change management
 Additional Skills •Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with all staff within a care home environment •Capacity to identify problems in order of importance, and develop actions to address these •Demonstrates effective interpersonal and assertiveness skills. •Is focused on objectives, targets and achieving results. •Manages self and organises time and priorities to meet objectives. •Confident in using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
