My client has asked me to help find them an experienced, dedicated and highly motivated Nursing Home Manager to take up a vacant position at their stunningly beautiful and charming 70 bedded home in the Bournemouth area of Dorset.
It is very hard to do adequate justice to the potential of this home within a small advert, however this post really is a quite exciting opportunity for the right person to come in to this service and put their own personal and professional ‘stamp’ on it, as such there is a healthy budget put aside for continual development regarding decor, training and staffing requirements!
My client is looking to turn this home in to their ‘Benchmark’ establishment in the South East of England and as such they have all the correct people and support in place to see this through to a reality once the right manager is in place.
As a potential applicant for this role you will have several years management experience under your belt, a solid grasp of ‘trouble-shooting’, quality assessment and implication, a happy demeanor with a highly positive ‘can do’ attitude that rubs off on your staff and an ability to offer genuinely exceptional care that is second to none. It is not essential that you are NMC registered but it would be preferred.
