Duties include: - Supporting people with a range of needs who live in their own homes or with their families, to live more independent lives as equal members of their community. - Motivating your customer to work towards the goals they have created - Supporting customers with shopping or getting about in the local community, accessing dating groups, hobbies, sports, reading letters, paying bills etc.- Assisting with personal care, (washing and bathing) - Administration of medication - Meal preparation- Light domestic duties - Successful applicants will work flexibly to meet our customers’ needs which may include some weekend working.Successful applicants will be Drivers that hold a full drivers licence and have their own vehicle.
