This is an exciting new vacancy to commence a Business and Admin position within Carewatch, a home care provider based in Maidstone, Kent. Must be bright and eager to learn. This role is a temporary maternity cover contract for up to 1 year.
You will be working full time in an office environment Monday to Friday 9 to 5. 35hrs PW. Salary will be discussed during interview.
Your duties will include supporting the Office Administrator with their duties, including:
Dealing with post
Making sure that the stationary is kept well stocked
Answering the telephone and passing on calls
Reception duties such as greeting and looking after visitors
Typing and setting up documents such as letters and reports
Keeping computer records up to date
Using office equipment such as printers, photocopiers and fax machines
Managing staff appointments
Setting up meetings and taking minutes
Making travel arrangements for staff
An organized approach and excellent time management skills
Good communication skills
The ability to work well as part of a team
Computer literacy and good typing skills
A good level of English spelling and grammar
Accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to use your own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred to a supervisor.
Minimum of 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English or equivalent.
